Distance Selling Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between Kasso Mühendislik San. ve TİC. A.Ş. (“Seller”) and the consumer (“Buyer”) pursuant to Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically via Kasso.store.

Payment Methods

• Credit/Debit Card via PayTR

• EFT / Bank Transfer

Delivery

Products are delivered to the Buyer’s address via Yurtiçi Kargo within legal time limits.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery without providing any reason.

Non-Returnable Products

Customized products, hygienic products with opened packaging, perishable goods, and digital content once accessed are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Dispute Resolution

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within legal monetary limits.
