Cancellation and Return Policy

This Cancellation and Return Policy has been prepared to explain the procedures and principles regarding order cancellation, returns and the right of withdrawal for purchases made through Kasso.store.

1. Cancellation (Order Cancellation)

1.1. The Buyer may cancel the order before the order is shipped.

1.2. For cancellation requests, the Buyer may contact the Company through the following channels:

1.3. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; in this case, the return procedure shall apply.


2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

2.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the product, without providing any reason.

2.2. The notification regarding the right of withdrawal must be made within this period via info@kasso.com.tr.

2.3. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned:

  • unused,

  • in resalable condition,

  • together with its original packaging and all accessories.

3. Return Conditions

3.1. The product to be returned must be carefully packaged by the Buyer and delivered to the cargo company.

3.2. If the product shows user-related damage, missing parts, or serious damage to the original packaging, the return may be rejected or a depreciation amount may be applied.

3.3. If the product does not meet the return conditions, it may be sent back to the Buyer.

4. Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • products custom-made or prepared according to the Buyer’s specifications,

  • hygienic products whose packaging has been opened,

  • perishable or rapidly deteriorating products,

  • products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated,

  • digital content or services performed instantly in electronic form once usage has started.

5. Return Shipping Process

5.1. The return shipping process shall be carried out in accordance with the Company’s instructions.

5.2. Return shipments are generally made via Yurtiçi Kargo.

5.3. The party responsible for the return shipping cost within the scope of the right of withdrawal shall be determined in accordance with the applicable legislation and the conditions stated on the order page.

6. Refund

6.1. The returned product shall be inspected after it reaches the Company.

6.2. If the return conditions are met, the product price shall be refunded within fourteen (14) days at the latest.

6.3. Refunds are made according to the payment method used:

  • For payments made via PayTR: refund to the card, subject to bank processing times

  • For EFT/Bank Transfer payments: refund to the IBAN provided by the Buyer

7. Defective / Faulty Products

7.1. If the product is delivered defective, damaged or incorrect, the Buyer must contact the Company within a reasonable period after delivery.

7.2. In such cases, replacement and/or return processes shall be carried out in accordance with consumer protection legislation.
