By placing an order electronically through kasso.store, the customer is deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form, distance sales agreement, and the applicable terms of sale.
The delivery, return, refund, and after-sales processes of purchased products are subject to the applicable consumer protection legislation.
Products are delivered in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, together with the invoice and any applicable documents, accessories, or additional parts.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the return procedure applies after the product has been delivered.
For custom-made, custom-sized, specially cut, or specially produced products, cancellation may not be accepted once production has started.
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.

Custom-made, custom-sized, specially cut, specially produced, or personalized products may not be eligible for exchange.
If the seller is unable to deliver the product within the expected period due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be informed.
